111xp Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

By registering an account with 111xp, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any content or service on the platform, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 111xp Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 111xp. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by 111xp.

To open and use a 111xp account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 111xp strictly enforces this requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all deposited funds will be returned through the original deposit method after identity verification.
• You must be accessing 111xp from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful for you personally. It is your responsibility to determine whether using 111xp is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested.
• You must not already hold another active 111xp account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balances associated with them may be forfeited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from 111xp for responsible gaming reasons.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or under any agency arrangement.

111xp reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage. KYC may require submission of valid government-issued photographic identification (such as a CNIC, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of address documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 111xp account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Never share your 111xp login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Immediately notify 111xp via live chat support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach relating to your credentials.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number current and accurate at all times.
• Log out of your 111xp account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Not allow any third party — including family members — to access or operate your 111xp account on your behalf.

111xp will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you, and you will be held responsible for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals initiated through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases of proven fraudulent access reported to 111xp in a timely manner.

Your 111xp account maintains a PKR-denominated wallet. All financial transactions — deposits, withdrawals, bet settlements, bonus credits, and any other credits or debits — are processed in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion fees are charged by 111xp on standard PKR transactions.

4.1 Deposits

• 111xp accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other methods displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 111xp wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–30 minutes depending on the originating institution.
• 111xp does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and matching your KYC documentation.
• 111xp reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits in accordance with anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• 111xp reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding standard thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if there is an active bonus wagering requirement attached to the account balance or if account verification is incomplete.

111xp may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The acceptance of any bonus or promotional offer constitutes agreement with both these general Terms and any specific terms attached to that individual promotion.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus credits may not be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash at face value without satisfying wagering requirements, or used in ways that constitute abuse of the promotional system.
• 111xp reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to extract bonus value, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new 111xp registrants only. Claiming a welcome bonus on a duplicate account is a violation of these Terms.
• 111xp may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonuses already accepted and in active wagering.

All bets placed on 111xp, including cricket sportsbook, sports betting, and any other wagering products, are subject to the following rules:

• A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed by the 111xp system and a bet receipt has been issued to the player. 111xp does not accept bets that are placed after the event has commenced unless the relevant in-play betting market has been explicitly made available for that event.
• 111xp reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Limits may be applied to specific players, markets, or bet types.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds have been published at a level clearly inconsistent with the true market price — 111xp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the event has settled.
• If a cricket match or sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared, bets will be settled according to the rules published for that specific market at the time the bet was placed.
• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with 111xp customer support via live chat within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. 111xp's decision on any dispute shall, following internal review, be final.

111xp uses real-time data feeds from certified sports data providers to settle all sports and cricket markets. Where a discrepancy exists between a live feed and an official result, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC) shall be used for settlement purposes.

All casino games, slot machines, and digital table games available on 111xp operate using either a certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") system or a live dealer format supplied by licensed third-party studio operators. The following rules apply:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games (slots, digital table games) is determined by a certified RNG that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published on each game's information page.
• Live dealer games are streamed from professional casino studios using physical equipment (real cards, real roulette wheels). The dealing and spinning procedures follow regulated standards and are subject to the studio operator's gaming licence conditions.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including connection interruption, server error, or software malfunction — 111xp will seek to restore the game state where technically possible. If restoration is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the player's account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 111xp platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any associated funds:

• Opening more than one account on the 111xp platform, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the 111xp platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, casino, or sports betting market.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the 111xp platform in a manner not available to regular users.
• Exploiting bonus offers, promotions, or free bet credits in a systematic manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Accessing the 111xp platform while subject to a valid self-exclusion order or registration on any gambling exclusion registry.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 111xp account.
• Making deposits using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.

111xp is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring that the platform is used for entertainment purposes only. The following provisions apply to all registered players:

• Age Verification: All players must be 21 years of age or older. 111xp conducts age verification through KYC documentation. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed.

All content on the 111xp platform — including but not limited to the 111xp brand name, logo, trademarks, software, user interface design, game content, text, graphics, audiovisual elements, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of 111xp or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 111xp platform solely for lawful personal recreational gaming purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the 111xp platform without prior written authorisation from 111xp.
• You may not use the 111xp brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without express written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party studios and software suppliers on the 111xp platform is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111xp's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 111xp does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical failure. 111xp will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows.
• 111xp is not liable for any losses — including direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — arising from your use of the platform, wagering decisions, or reliance on information displayed on the platform.
• 111xp is not responsible for losses arising from telecommunications or internet connectivity failures, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
• Gambling inherently involves financial risk. The decision to wager and the management of gaming funds are entirely your responsibility. 111xp does not provide financial advice.

111xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, at any time and with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder or by a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon legitimate termination of an account, any verified real-money balance (net of any voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the account holder through the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Funds associated with accounts terminated for fraudulent conduct may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may also close their own 111xp account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

111xp collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By using 111xp, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, gameplay history, and communications with 111xp support.
• Your data is used to operate your account, process financial transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and communicate relevant platform information and promotional offers (where you have consented to marketing communications).

Continued use of the 111xp platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

These Terms and Conditions, and all matters relating to your use of the 111xp platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111xp holds its international gaming licence. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

111xp operates under a valid international gaming licence. This licence establishes the regulatory framework within which 111xp must operate and provides players with recourse to regulatory complaint procedures where internal dispute resolution has not produced a satisfactory outcome.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where such laws apply to your use of the 111xp platform.
